Vegetable and Panner Tikka is a popular appetizer for vegetarians. This recipe is very easy to make and has awesome taste.
Ingredients
For Vegetable
- 100g Paneer
- 100g Tofu optional
- 1/2 Red bell pepper cut into 1 inch square
- 1/2 Green bell Pepper cut into 1 inch square
- 1/2 Red onion cut into 1 inch square
- 1/2 Cucumber cut into 1/2 inch width
- 1 Zucchini cut into 1/2 inch round
- 1 Red beetroot cut into thick slice
- 1 Sweet potato cut into 1/2 inch round
For Marination
- 2 tbsp Roasted gram flour
- 4 tbsp Hung curd( thick curd)
- 1 tsp Ginger and Garlic paste
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1 tsp Mint and coriander chutney or dry mint
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 2 tsp Chaat masala powder
- 1 tsp Kasoori Methi
- 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder or paprika
- 2 tsp Tikka masala available in indian grocery store
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Salt or to taste
