If you don’t want the colorful, make plain dough. For colorful dough, grind spinach and carrot separately and make a puree. Divide the wheat flour in a three parts, 1 cup for spinach, 1 cup for carrot and 1 cup for plain dough. Add puree in flour gradually and ( add water if needed) make a semi soft dough. Cover it and keep it in refrigerator.
