  1. Remove the leaves from the stem. Clean it with 2-3 times with running water very nicely. Drain all water from the methi( fenugreek) leaves and let it dry until all moisture goes away.
  2. Grind it in food processor to make fine texture without adding any water.
  3. Heat ghee in pan at medium heat. Add grind methi leaves in to hot ghee. Bring the temperature on less then medium heat. Roast the methi leaves till dry and aromatic. Make sure it doesn’t burn.
  4. Once it done, Turn off the heat. Transfer the methi leaves into bowl. Roasted methi is ready for any recipes. You can keep it container in to fridge for 2-3 week.
