Ragi malt

Ghee

Pistachios
fine chopped

Cashew nuts
fine chopped

Almonds
fine chopped
Instructions
Ragi Malt/ ragi flour/ finger millet flour.
Heat ghee in a pan at low to medium heat. Add ragi malt in to it.
Dry roast the ragi malt till aromatic at low to medium heat.
Once it done turn off the heat. Add nuts and mix it well.
Ragi malt is ready. This ragi malt can be store in a airtight container up to 3-4 months or in a freezer.
