Take 3 cup water in a bowl, add tamarind paste, dry ginger powder, Jaggery, pani poori masala, 1/2 tsp roasted cumin and chili powder, 1/2 tsp black salt, some coriander leave, 1/2 tsp chaat masala and salt to taste. Mix all spices very well and keep it in a fridge for 1/2 an hour.
