Heat oil in a pan at medium heat. Add 1/8 tsp Panch phoron to the oil. (To make Panch phoran take 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp fennel seeds, 1/4 tsp methi seeds, 1 tsp cumin seeds, kalonji (nigella) seeds and mix them together). Once it starts crackling, add green & red bell peppers, chopped stamps and salt to it. Saute it for 3 minutes. Add pickle (aachari ) masala, paneer and saute it for 2 minutes. Once it’s done, turn off the heat.
