You can find paneer dishes in every Indian restaurants. Kadhai panner is a one of incredibly popular dish and loved by most of the people. This rich recipe is prepared using Paneer and bell peppers. This delicious dish goes very well with Naan, jeera rice or parathas.

- 200g Paneer cut into 1 inch square
- 1/2 Red bell pepper Cut into 1 inch square
- 1/2 Yellow bell pepper Cut into 1 inch square
- 1/2 Green bell Pepper Cut into 1 inch square
- 3 tbsp Oil +2 tbsp oil for roasting bell peppers
- 1 medium size Onion fine chopped
- 1 tsp Ginger and Garlic paste each
- 2 Tomatoes fine chopped
- 1 tbsp Tomato puree
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 2 tsp Coriander and Cumin powder each
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander seeds roasted & crushed
- 1/2 tsp roasted fennel seeds crushed
- 1 tsp Gram masala powder
- 1/4 tsp Red chili powder
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Kasoori Methi
- 2 tbsp Cashew nuts paste or almond paste
- Salt to taste
For Seasoning
- 2 Bay leaves
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 2 Whole red chili
Instructions
- Heat 3 tbsp oil in a kadhai, add cumin seeds, whole red chilies, bay leaves, wait till its start crackling. Add onion, little salt and ginger-garlic paste, saute for 6-8 min at medium heat till onion gets slightly golden color. Add chopped tomatoes and tomato puree in to it. Cook until tomato gets mushy.
