Grilled baby potatoes are great appetizer and goes very well with drinks for a dinner menu. The recipe is very easy to prepare.

Instructions
Ingredients for grilled baby potato. Peel the potato and cut in half, keep in to cold water in a pan so it won't get black. Fork the potato all over using fork. Keep in to cold water for 10 min.
In a mixing bowl, Add all spices mentioned in the ingredients list. Mix it very well. This is for marinating the potatoes.
Wipe potatoes with paper towel and add in a marination mixture. Add bell pepper, baby corn and mix well. Cover it and keep it in a fridge for 4 hr.
Preheat the oven at 450 degree F. Line the baking tray with aluminium foil and grease some oil on top. Place the marinated potato and other vegetables in baking tray.
First bake in baking mode for 15 min. Change the mode at broil and grease some oil on it, grill it for 10 min until potato gets golden brown. Fold the same aluminium foil over potatoes and grill it for another 3 min so potato will get nicely cooked.
Grilled baby potato & baby corn is ready to be serve. Arrange in to small skewer with some lettuce and cherry tomatoes.
Serve as a finger food with tomato ketchup and green chutney or just serve like that.
