Samosa Chaat

Mouthwatering Samosa chaat is a very famous north Indian street food. We love chaats and there are variety of chaats you could find in India which look very tempting and taste awesome. The crushed samosa is served with dry green peas or yellow peas masala along with sweet tamarind and mint chutney. Chatpata chaat is loved by everyone. It is easy to prepare at home and gives great satisfaction to your taste buds.

Homemade Curd( Yogurt)

Homemade curd is very easy to make and tastes awesome as well. Traditionally in villages it used to be made in clay pots and the taste of that used to be fresh with a nice aroma. Making curd at home is a simple procedure. In summer its made easily but in winter sometimes curd won’t come out good because of the cold temperature.  You can find clay pots in Indian grocery stores. Curd is used as ingredient for many recipes.

Litti & Chokha

Litti (also called as bhouri in eastern India) & chokha is very popular and traditional dish from Bihar and Jharkhand. Traditionally litti is made on heat from coal or goyetha. Traditional food always give satisfaction to our taste buds.   Litti is made with wheat flour and a filling prepared using sattu and some spices. This is very tasty and healthy dish. It can be made either by Frying or baking. It goes very well with baigan bhartha or potato and tomato chokha or simply with curd.

Pista Kalakand

Kalakand is a delicious traditional sweet famous in Northern India. Making it in the traditional way takes more time but tastes awesome. This kalakand made with milk, paneer, pista powder, flavored with kewra essence and cardamom powder.  You can use it for your Diwali celebration or any other festivals.
