Chocolate Burfi, excitement! I found this recipe on master-chef (TV program) and my son was very excited to try it as he likes the colored layers of chocolate & Jelly. It is a little complex recipe and needs lot of patience to prepare; so, do try it when you have free time. The burfi came out very nice and tasted pretty good. You can also customize the thickness of layers as per your preference. The specific ingredient agar agar, used in this recipe, is available in whole foods market.

Kale & Spinach Lachha Paratha

Lachha paratha is a layered Indian flat bread. Generally lachha paratha is made with all purpose flour however I have used wheat flour. Adding kale and spinach make its more healthy and tasty.
