Triangle namkeen is one of the popular snacks in Northern part of India. Generally it is prepared during festival like Holi or Diwali. This crispy and crunchy snack is made with all purpose flour, rava, ghee, spices and deep fried in oil. This is a very nice complement with tea or coffee.
