Salmon fish kabab is a very nice appetizer for fish lovers. It’s very light and easy to prepare. I have used only onion in this recipe, but feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers.

It can be made either by Frying or baking. It goes very well with baigan bhartha or potato and tomato chokha or simply with curd.

Stuffed Gobhi Paratha is a delicious Indian bread prepared by stuffing spicy cauliflower mix in wheat flour dough and cooking it on a iron tava. The stuffed parathas are generally heavy and go well with breakfast, lunch and dinner. Serve it with curd or pickle and it tastes awesome.
