Pani poori is a most popular mouthwatering street food.This recipe is a slight variation from the normal pani poori. The poori is made using chana for this recipe (see the Chana poori recipe) and have tried two varieties of pani one regular and other one with beetroot. Chana poori is a variation of normal poori of pani poori snacks. The dough is made using boiled ground chana,rava and wheat flour. This gives a really good taste to regular pani poori snacks. Tilkut (sesame seeds bar) is a winter snack and is made during the festival of Makara Sankranti. People celebrate this festival in different ways in different parts of the country. In Bihar people celebrate it by taking early shower and performing puja. They eat chuda (Poha) with Dahi(Curd) with jaggrey or sugar and Tilkut laddos along with that. Tilkut is very easy to make and tastes awesome.
Bhutte(corn) Ka Kees
Bhutte ka kees is a specialty from Indore mainly in the Sarafa Bazar area which is famous for street food. This is a very tasty snack, and is made from freshly ground corn kernels along with ghee and milk, as well as a variety of spices. It’s looks more appealing once you serve it in colorful baskets.
Samosa Chaat
Mouthwatering Samosa chaat is a very famous north Indian street food. We love chaats and there are variety of chaats you could find in India which look very tempting and taste awesome.
