Veg Stuffed Ragi Paratha is made from Ragi and mix of vegetables. Ragi is very healthy for any meal. This recipe can be made only from Ragi flour however it’s comes out better if you add other flours like jowar flour, bajra flour and wheat flour. It goes very well with curd.

Kesari & Beetroot Phirni
Phirni is a delicious dessert made in north India. It is made using coarse ground rice, sugar and milk and is flavored with cardamom, saffron and rose essence. In this recipe i have use channa daal and soya granules along with some spices. It is very healthy and easy to make for your daily meals. Zicchini soya dry goes very well with roti, Paratha or rice.
