Veg potli is appetizer prepared from variety of vegetables and all purpose flour. Baked veg potli tastes awesome and kids like it very much.
Ingredients
For Batter
- 3/4 cup All purpose flour
- 3/4 cup Water
- 2 tsp Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1 Egg
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Olive oil for cooking crepes
For Filling
- 2 cup Spinach fine chopped
- 1/2 cup Olive chopped
- 5 Mushroom chopped
- 1/2 Onion fine chopped
- 4 clove Garlic fine chopped
- 1 Green chili chopped (optional)
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1 tsp Dried basil leave
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- Pinch of Salt
- 3 tbsp sour cream or heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp Oil
For garnishing
- 7 Spring onion leave
- 1/4 cup Cranberry sauce or tomato ketchup

Thanks, it can be done without eggs. Instead of all purpose flour, you can mix wheat and oat flour and use that.
you can add some chopped waterchest nuts to give a crunchy feeling.
