Pizza is most demanded food by the kids and this recipe provides simple steps on how to make it at home. This pizza dough is prepared using multi-grain flour and topped with veggies.You could very easily make alteration to this based on your choices.
Ingredients
For Pizza Dough
- 1 cup Multi grain flour see my recipe for multigrain flour
- 1 cup All purpose flour
- 1 cup Bread flour
- 2-1/2 tsp Dry yeast
- 2 tsp Honey or sugar
- 1-1/2 tsp Salt
- 1-1/2 cup Lukewarm water
- 1/4 cup Butter or ghee
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
For toping
- 1/3 cup Pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup Red bell pepper long cut
- 1/2 cup Onion long cut
- 1/2 cup Paneer or tofu
- 1/2 cup Green bell Pepper
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp Pizza seasoning
- Pinch of Salt
Instructions
- Dough will ferment and grow to about double in size. Preheat the oven at 450 degree F for 15-20 minutes. Place the pizza stone or tray in a hot oven. Divide the dough in half, and make two round balls. Take one ball of dough and place it on wooden surface and roll it using rolling pin and give a nice pizza shape, fold the edges and apply some oil on top and fork it.
Recipe Notes
If you have excessive dough, store it in a air tight container and keep it in the fridge. Freezed dough can last up to 2 weeks.
