Heat oil in a frying pan at medium to high heat. Add ginger & garlic and saute at medium to high heat till ginger & garlic gets slightly golden brown. Add french beans, carrots, bell peppers and celery in to it and saute it for 5 minutes.
Add soy sauce, tomato ketchup, chili garlic sauce and vinegar in to it and cook for one minute.
Add left over veg Manchurian, stir and fry it for 1 minute. In case you don’t have it, you can prepare using my Veg Manchurian recipe.
Add cooked rice and salt to taste in to it.
Mix all together very well. Veg Manchurian Fried Rice is ready to be served.
