Ingredients
For Vegetable ball
- 2 cup Cabbage shredded
- 2 cup Cauliflower shredded
- 1/2 cup Franch beans shredded
- 1/2 cup Shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup Spring onion fine chopped
- 3/4 cup All purpose flour
- 1/4 cup Corn starch
- 1 tbsp Rava or Sooji
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- Salt to taste
- 1-1/2 cup Canola oil for frying
For Sauce
- 1 tbsp Ginger fine chopped
- 1 tbsp Garlic fine chopped
- 1 small Onion chopped
- 2 Green chili long slice
- 1/2 Green bell Pepper long slice
- 1/2 Red bell pepper long slice
- 1 tbsp Corn starch dissolve with 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp All in one sauce
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1-1/2 tsp Chili garlic sauce
- 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp Green chili sauce
- 1/4 cup Sweet & Sour sauce
- 2 tsp Chili vinegar
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Sesame oil
- Pinch of ajinomoto (MSG)
- 1/4 cup Spring onion
- 1/2 cup Vegetable stock or water
- 3 tbsp Oil
