Peel beetroot, clean all vegetables with water and chop them.
Boil all chopped vegetables, bay leaves, cloves, garlic, ginger, cinnamon stick, some basil leaves in a pressure cooker in 4 cups of water for 3 whistle.
Once its done, let it cool down completely.
Grind it in a grinder to a puree consistency and strain it using a big strainer.
Take the soup in a pan and add black pepper powder, Thyme, chopped basil leaves or dried basil leaves and salt to taste. Boil the soup and when it starts boiling simmer it for 1 minute. Adjust the liquid consistency as per your taste.
Add honey and turn off the heat. Add milk and mix.
Hot healthy tomato carrot and beetroot soup is ready to be served. You can garnish with cream it you like.
