Instructions
For Chapatis
  1. In mixing bowl, add wheat flour, grated carrot, oil, carom seeds and salt. Mix it well. (You can make plain chapati or even fulka if you don’t want to use carrot).
  2. Make soft dough adding water slowly. Dough should be semi soft. Cover it and keep it aside for 15 minutes. Again, knead the dough for about one minute.
  3. Divide the dough in to 11 equal size ball. Make small size round ball as shown in picture.
  4. Heat iron tava on medium heat. Dust one dough ball with wheat flour and roll in 6 inch circular shape on a rolling board with the help of rolling pin. You may need to dust the dough multiple times during the rolling process so that it does not get stuck on rolling board.
  5. Place the raw chapati on hot tava, Once you see small bubbles popping up on chapati, turn it over. grease some oil on it. Again flip it to other side and grease some oil on the other side. Roast the chapati from both side till slightly golden color.
  6. When its done, place it in chapati box. Make all chapati following the same process. Cover it and keep it aside.
For Frankie
  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan at medium to high. Throw thinly chopped bell peppers, sprinkle black pepper powder, kashmiri red chili and pinch of salt.
  2. Saute it for about 3 minutes until bell peppers gets brown. Once its done, turn off the heat. Place it aside on a plate.
  3. Keep all ingredients nearby. Take out the fish bone as much possible so that it does not hurt while eating.
  4. To make Frankie roll, take aluminium foil about half of the size of chapati in rectangular shape. Place a chapati on the foil so that half portion is on foil and half outside. Place some lettuce, onions, tandoori salmon, some roasted bell peppers and pour 1 tbsp yogurt mint chutney at the center of the chapati.
  5. Fold about an inch from the bottom of the chapati, then fold from both side so that both side overlaps with each other (as shown in picture).
  6. Wrap it using the aluminium foil below the chapati. Prepare all Frankies using the same process.
  7. Arrange tandoori salmon Frankies in serving plate. You can use any fish or even chicken in this recipe.
  8. Tandoori salmon Frankie is ready to be served.
  9. Enjoy Frankie as lunch or dinner.
