Take 1 cup home made yogurt (curd) or store bought yogurt in muslin cloth. Tie with rubber band and hang it for 1-2 hrs. Place one bowl under it so the water from yogurt will get accumulated in it which you could use to make butter milk. In mixing bowl, add hung yogurt, gram flour, tandoori masala powder, garam masala powder, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt, lemon juice, kasoori methi, Kashmiri red chili powder,corn starch and oil.
