Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan or kadhai. Add panch phoran,( to make panch phoran take 1/4 tsp cumin seeds, 1/4 tsp fennel seeds, 1/4 tsp mustard seeds, 1/4 tsp kalonji (Nigella Seeds), 1/8 tsp fenugreek seeds and mix all spices very well). Once it start crackling, add ground onion, ginger-garlic paste, black salt and little salt into it. Saute for 5-6 minutes until onion gets slightly golden color at medium heat.
