Strawberry sorbet is prepared from yogurt and strawberry. This is much lighter than ice cream however tastes as good as that. You would love it during summer without putting much calories in your diet. If you don’t have ice cream machine, please see my recipe notes below.
Ingredients
- 3 cup Ripe strawberry chopped
- 1 cup Sugar or brown sugar
- 1-1/2 cup Fat free yogurt or Greek yogurt
- 2 cup Water
- 1/2 tsp Lemon zest
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract

If you don't have ice cream machine, freeze the mixture prepared in step 4 for 2 hours first then take it out and mix it using fork all around. Put it back in to the freezer, take out after 45 minutes, and mix it using fork, and repeat this whole process for at least 5 times.
