In a big pot, take 6 cup water, add salt and 2 tsp oil. Let it boil at high heat. Taste the water it should be salty.
When water starts boiling, add spaghetti and let it boil at medium heat it until gets tender. You should be able to mash it by finger.
Switch off the heat, remove the boiled spaghetti and place it in a strainer so that all the water gets filtered.
Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, saute till garlic gets slightly golden color. Add red chili flakes, red bell pepper, tomato and saute it until tomato gets mushy.
Add pesto sauce and spinach puree and saute it for 3 minutes.
Add the boiled drained spaghetti to pan and stir fry for 2 minutes.
Add Parmesan cheese and stir fry for 1 minutes
Spinach Pesto Spaghetti is ready to be served.
Cut avocado lengthwise and twist it so it will come out easily. Scoop with spoon and crush by using fork. Add lemon juice so it will be stay fresh. Add remaining guacamole ingredients and mix it well. Take 2 bread slices, cut the sides and role is using rolling pin.
Spread Guacamole over the bread, roll it, cover it using wax paper and refrigerate for 5 minutes. Take it out from the refrigerator and cut in one inch pieces.
Pack it with spinach pesto spaghetti in the lunch box for kids.
