Instructions
Roasted black chickpeas as ingredient as available in the Indian store.
Roast the black chickpeas in a pan for about 5-6 minutes at medium heat.
Grind it into a fine powder in a grinder.
Sattu (roasted gram flour) is ready for making litti or sattu drink. Store it in airtight jar or box.
