Salmon fish kabab is a very nice appetizer for fish lovers. It’s very light and easy to prepare. I have used only onion in this recipe, but feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers.

Instructions
Cut the Salmon fish in 3'' squares. Clean it with water and wipe using kitchen towel. Keep it aside. Cut the onion into cubes.
In a mixing bowl, Add curd, lemon juice, turmeric powder, corn starch, tandoori masala, mint and coriander chutney or dry mint, salt, oil, ginger and garlic paste, and chili powder. Mix all together very well.
Add fish and onion into marination batter. Cover it keep it aside for 30 minutes.
Soak the bamboo skewer into water. Arrange the fish and onion into bamboo skewers.
Heat the griddle at medium heat. Once it is hot, drizzle some oil on it and place the fish on hot griddle.
Let it grill until golden color from all side. Grease some oil on top of the fish.
Once it is done, remove it from griddle and place it into plate.
Fish kabab is ready to be served. Sprinkle some lemon juice on the kabab.
Enjoy hot with coriander and mint chutney and your favorite drink.
