Salmon fish curry recipe is prepared with Salmon fish available in stores and Indian spices. In this recipe the fish is grilled however some it can also be shallow fried if oven is not available. The fish curry goes well with white rice or roti.
Ingredients
For Marination
- 500g Salmon fish cut in to medium size
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Garlic paste
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- 2 tsp Rice Flour
- 1/4 tsp Red chili powder
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dry mint powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Oil
For Curry
- 1 big Onion
- 1-1/2 tsp Ginger and Garlic paste each
- 2 tsp Coriander powder
- 2 tsp Cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1 tsp Yellow mustard powder
- 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp Red chili powder optional
- 1 tsp Amchoor powder
- 3 tbsp Olive oil or mustard oil
- Salt to taste
