Soak quinoa in to lukewarm water for about 5 minutes. Soak oats in to 1/4 cup of water. Boil one and half cup of water in a deep pan, once it comes to a boil, add soaked quinoa and little salt into it, cover it and let it cook for 15 minutes at lower than medium heat. Once it is cooked properly, turn off the heat and keep it aside with lid on. Chop the kale and spinach very fine and keep it aside. Grate the carrots and keep it aside. Boil the potatoes and mash it, keep it aside.
