- 1/2 cup Black chick peas boiled
- 1/2 cup Garbanzo beans boiled
- 2 Boiled potatoes fine chopped
- 2 Tomatoes removed seed and fine chopped
- 1 medium size Onion fine chopped
- 1/2 cup Coriander and mint chutney
- 1/2 cup Sweet chutney
- 1/2 cup Chopped coriander leave
- 2 tbsp Dry roasted cumin & red chili powder
- 2 tbsp Chaat masala powder
- 1 tbsp Black salt
- 1 tbsp Salt
- Some pani poori
- 1 tbsp Tamarind paste
- 1/8 tsp dry ginger powder
- 1-1/2 tsp Jaggery
- 2 tsp Pani poori masala
