Multi-grain flour is very healthy to make either roti (fulka), partha or pooris instead of just using the wheat flour. There are variety of brands available in market for it however this recipe provides the ratio in which it can be made at home with different ingredients.

- 6 cup Wheat flour
- 1/3 cup Ragi flour
- 1/3 cup Barley flour
- 1/3 cup Jowar flour
- 1/3 Cup Bajri flour
- 1/3 cup Soy bean flour
- 1/3 cup Moog daal flour
- 1/4 cup Corn flour

does this flour roti come out soft or is it hard. please let me know as i really want to prepare multiflour for its nutrition content
If you knead it well and make soft dough, the roti would remain soft.
