An Indian meal is not complete without curd or curd raita. There are variety of raita recipe like bundi raita, mint raita, cucumber & onion raita which goes well with various kind of dishes. Lauki raita is one of the recipe which is very healthy and tasty. This raita goes very well with biryani, pulav, roti. stuffed parathas or rice & daal combination.
Ingredients
- 1/2 small Lauki( bottle gourd) fine grated
- 2 cup Curd (yogurt)
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1/8 tsp Dry roasted cumin powder
- 1/8 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1/4 cup Chopped coriander leave
- Salt to taste
