Ingredients
- 7 big size Red tomatoes
- 1 cup Tomato puree
- 1 large Onion chopped
- 9 pod Garlic fine chopped
- 1/2 Cup Green bell Pepper fine chopped
- 1/2 cup Red bell pepper fine chopped
- 1/2 cup Yellow bell pepper finely chopped
- 1 tsp Dried thyme
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 1 tsp Dried basil or fresh chopped basil leaves
- 1 tsp Fennel seeds crushed
- 1/2 cup Fresh chopped parsley
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Crushed Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Red chili
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1/4 cup Spring onion chopped
- Sea salt to taste
