Add squeezed soy chunks, all vegetables and saute it for 10 -12 minutes till vegetable gets tender. Add coriander-cumin powder, chaat masala powder, garam masala, red chili, amchoor powder, and mint chutney and saute it for 5-6 minutes. Add mashed potato to the pan and mix it very well. Lastly add coriander leaves and bread crumbs, mix it well. Let it cool down.
