  1. Ingredients for chili chicken. Cut the chicken in a bite size pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add chicken, ginger- garlic paste, paprika, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, lemon juice, corn starch, salt and oil. Mix all ingredients very well. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
  3. Ingredients for sauce.
  4. Preheat the oven at 450 °F. Line the baking tray with aluminium foil and grease some oil on top. Take out the marinated chicken from refrigerator. Bring it to the room temperature. Add 1 egg and mix it well. Place the marinated chicken on baking tray, bake the chicken for 3-4 minutes and then flip the chicken and after 15 minutes change the mode to broil. Grill it about 2 more minutes until it gets golden color. Remove the chicken from oven and wrap it in lined aluminium foil and keep it aside. If you don’t have an oven, you can shallow fry the chicken.
  5. Heat oil and sesame oil in fry pan, add ginger & garlic, saute until slightly golden color. Add onion & little salt, saute it for 2 minutes than add bell peppers and spring onion and saute it for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Add all sauce( all in one sauce, soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, tomato ketchup, MSG,chili vinegar), listed in ingredient section. Add grilled chicken and little salt if needed, saute until sauces gets coated with chicken and the vegetables nicely.
  7. Grilled chili chicken is ready to be served. Serve hot as a starter with your favorite drink.
