Heat Iron skeleton or tava at medium to high heat. Once it’s hot, bring the temperature at medium heat. Place the raw paratha on hot tava. Meanwhile, make the other patatha following the same process also keep watching the paratha which is on the tava. When you see small bubble on patatha, flip it to other side and apply some oil. Turn it over and apply some oil on the other side. Roast from both side till slightly golden color from both side.
