Instructions
Garam Masala Ingredients.
Heat a pan on medium flame and add all the garam masala ingredients and roast unit it is slightly aromatic for about 3 minutes.
Let the mixture cool down and grind it in a grinder to make a fine powder.
The garam masala powder is ready to use. To store it for longer put in air tight container and store in cool place.
