Garam masala is a commonly used masala for any curry. Generally it is available in stores in packets in many brands. This recipe intends to make the garam masala at home which you can store and use in your recipe. Freshly made garam masala gives fresh aroma and taste to your curry.

Instructions
  1. Garam Masala Ingredients.
  2. Heat a pan on medium flame and add all the garam masala ingredients and roast unit it is slightly aromatic for about 3 minutes.
  3. Let the mixture cool down and grind it in a grinder to make a fine powder.
  4. The garam masala powder is ready to use. To store it for longer put in air tight container and store in cool place.
