Garam masala is a commonly used masala for any curry. Generally it is available in stores in packets in many brands. This recipe intends to make the garam masala at home which you can store and use in your recipe. Freshly made garam masala gives fresh aroma and taste to your curry.

- 10 Bay leaves
- 10 Green cardamom
- 1/2 Cup Coriander seeds
- 1/4 cup Cumin Seeds
- 5 Cinnamon Stick
- 2 tbsp Crushed Black Pepper
- 9 Black cardamom
- 1 tsp Ginger powder
- 7 Blades of Javitri (Mace)
- 2 tsp Fennel seeds
- 12 Cloves
- 2 Florates of star anise's
- 1 Nutmeg
