Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Oats
- 3 tbsp Ragi malt see recipe of ragi flour(malt) in flours section
- 2 cup Glasses of cold almond milk or soy milk
- 1/4 cup Grapes
- 1/4 cup Blueberries
- 2 Strawberries
- 1/2 Banana
- 1 tbsp Honey
- some ice cubes
