  1. Ingredients for the cake.
  2. Sift the cake flour, coca powder, baking powder and baking soda in a mixing bowl. Mix it well. In another mixing bowl, add butter, condensed milk and vanilla extract. Mix it with electric mixer in a low setting, whisk it until it becomes a smooth batter.
  3. To make a good cake batter, do not add all the cake flour at the same time. Add about one third of flour at a time and blend to a smooth texture by adding club soda. Mixture should be of pour consistency. Take 1/2 cup cake batter in a another mixing bowl, add coca powder in to it and mix it very well by adding small amount of club soda in to it and make a same batter consistency.
  4. Preheat an oven at 350 degree F in bake mode. Grease 8” round baking cake pan with butter so that it will hold the wax paper. Line the bottom of pan with round wax paper. Grease the wax paper with butter and dust with all purpose flour. Pour the white cake batter in greased pan, spread it all over then pour coca mix batter on it.
  5. Using a knife, swirl the cocoa batter into the white batter to give a marble effect. Bake the cake for 30 minute. To ensure that cake is baked properly, insert a toothpick at center and it should come out clean. If required bake it for some more time and keep checking. At most it should take about 45 minutes. Once it is done, Let the cake cool down, cover the cake and keep it in a fridge for 3 hrs.
  6. In a mixing bowl, mix the whole milk, condensed milk, heavy whipping cream and evaporated milk together.
  7. Take out the cake from the refrigerator and flip the cake and fork it all over. Pour the milk mixture over the top of the cake. Cover it and keep it in the fridge for 6 hrs.
  8. To make frosting, in a mixing bowl, pour heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract and sugar. Whisk at low setting until stiff peaks forms. Icing cream is ready. Keep it in a fridge for 20 mins.
  9. Spread icing cream on the top of the cake all around. Cover the cake and keep it in the fridge for 4-5 hrs. Save some icing cream for further decoration. Fill a large star tip pastry bag with cream and decorate by making starts on top of cake. Decorate the cake before serving. You can use your way of decoration.
