Black forest cake is an awesome dessert for your parties. It can be used for any kind of celebration. This recipe attempts to make an egg-less cake for friends who don’t eat eggs and want to enjoy the cake. The origin of black forest cake it seems is from Germany. This German cake is my family’s favorite.
Ingredients
For batter
- 1-3/4 cup Cake flour or All purpose flour
- 400g Condensed milk fat free
- 1/4 cup Coca powder
- 1-1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1-1/4 cup Coke Soda can be also used
- 100g Unsalted butter at room temperature
For frosting cream
- 2 cup Heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup Icing sugar
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
For decoration
- 1/2 cup Maraschino cherry or Morello Cherries
- 1 cup Dark chocolate shaved
For Sugar Syrup
- 1/3 cup Water
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Cherry syrup
