In a mixing bowl, add corn flour, wheat flour, coriander leaves, baking powder and salt. Mix all.
Add lukewarm water slowly to the flour and make semi soft dough. Cover it and keep it aside for 10 minutes. After that knead the dough nicely.
Take a big size dough and dust it in dry wheat flour.
Roll it using by rolling pin and make a semi thick circle. Cut with medium size of cookie cutter.
Heat iron tava at medium heat. Once its hot, place the cut corn canape on hot tava. Turn it over when small bubbles starts developing.
Grease oil on top of canapes and roast both side till slightly golden color.
Once its done, take it out from tava and place it on a plate. Cover it keep it aside. Make all canape following the same process.
For Guacamole Salsa
To make guacamole salsa, cut avocado length wise and twist it so it will come out easily. Scoop with spoon and chop it in a small chunks. Add lemon juice so it will be stay fresh. Add remaining guacamole salsa ingredients listed and mix it well.
Guacamole salsa and canapes are ready to be served.
Make it just before serving. In a serving plate, arrange the canape than add topping guacamole salsa.
Corn canape guacamole bite is ready to be served for party appetizer.
