Corn canape guacamole bite is a healthy appetizer. Canapes are a great treat to serve guests at a party or get together. Its a very easy recipe to make and mostly raw fresh ingredients brings freshness to dish. You can customize it based on your imagination with respect to the toppings.
Ingredients
For Corn Canapes
- 1/2 cup Corn flour( makki ka atta)
- 1/4 cup Wheat flour
- 1/4 cup Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Baking powder
- some oil for roasting canapes
For Guacamole Salsa
- 1 Avocado( not very ripe) chopped in to small chunks
- 1 small Tomato cut and remove the seeds
- 1/4 cup Fresh chopped coriander leaves
- 1/4 cup Red onion fine chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic paste
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 lemon juice
