  1. In a mixing bowl, add wheat flour, rava, 1/4 cup of melted ghee and mix it well by hand till it gets crumble texture.
  2. Add lukewarm milk little by little in the mixture and make a stiff dough. Knead it well. Add more milk if needed.
  3. Make 16 equal size dough balls and flatten them a bit.
  4. Heat 1 and 1/2 cup of ghee in a kadhai at medium heat. Once ghee is hot, drop small dough balls in hot ghee.
  5. Fry it at low to medium heat from both side till golden color and crispy. This step is very important as the dough should get cooked well and does not remain raw.
  6. Once its done, place it into plate and break it by hand. Let it cool down.
  7. Grind it with powder sugar in food processor till fine texture.
  8. Take out the mixture in a mixing bowl, add 1/3 cup of ghee, cardamom powder and fine chopped nuts and mix it well.
  9. Make medium size ladoo. If you are not able to make ladoo you can add little bit of more ghee.
  10. Make all ladoos following the same process.
  11. Delicious churma ladoos are ready to served.
  12. Enjoy it with daal baati. You can store it in a airtight container.
