Instructions
Ingredients for Chicken Sandwich. You could either use the grilled chicken or boil chicken and cut into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan at medium heat, Add garlic and saute it until light brown.
Add spinach, salt and cook for about 5 minutes.
Add red chili flakes, black pepper powder, dried oregano, dried basil and saute it for about one minute.
Add grilled chicken and cook for about a minute. Switch off the heat once its done. Add tomato ketchup and mix it well.
In a bowl add the sour cream and the cooked mixture and mix it well.
Toast the bread in a toaster depending on your taste.
Place a bread on the chopping board and spread the chicken mix on it. Place a slice of bread on top of that.
Cut the sides and bread in four triangular pieces. Serve it as a breakfast or pack this Chicken sandwich in kids lunch boxes.
