In a pressure cooker, add 3 cup of water, rice, chopped bottle gourd and salt to taste. Initially keep the flame at high and once pressure is build reduce the flame to medium and cook it until 2 cooker whistle (approximately 8 minutes). Once it is cooked, make sure rice is cooked properly. Add 1/2 cup milk to the rice. Adjust the consistency by adding more milk if it’s very thick.
