  1. Ingredients for the soup. Wash and cut the all vegetables and keep it aside. You can add any of your favorite vegetables in it.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add bay leave, garlic, saute until slightly golden color. Add onion and salt to taste, saute for 2 minutes or till slightly golden color.
  3. Add all chopped vegetables and grated gooseberry in to it. Cook for 5 minutes at medium heat.
  4. Add soaked beans, tomato and saute for 2 minutes. Add black pepper, oregano, chili flakes, Basil leave, celery or celery salt, saute for 2 minutes.
  5. Add 2-1/2 cup water or vegetable stock in to it. Close the cooker lid, cook till 3 whistles at medium heat.
  6. Let it cool down naturally. At last add honey. Mix it nicely.
  7. Serve hot with corn chips or bread.
