Black beans vegetable soup is nice starter recipe and can be prepared in short time. During cold weather it goes very well with warm garlic bread either for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Black beans soaked over night
- 1/2 cup French beans chopped
- 1/2 cup Carrot chopped
- 1 cup Spinach chopped
- 3 tbsp Beetroot puree or shredded beetroot
- 1 Tomato chopped
- 1 Gooseberry( amla) grated
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 4 clove Garlic chopped
- 1 Bay leaves
- 1/2 tsp Crushed Black Pepper
- 3 tbsp Fine chopped celery or 1 tsp celery salt
- 1/2 tsp Crushed red chili flakes
- 1/4 tsp Dried oregano
- 1 tsp Basil leave
- 1 tsp Honey
- 3 tbsp Olive oil for cooking
