Ingredients

Garbanzo beans( chick peas )
soaked in to water overnight

Ripe Avocado

lemon juice

Coriander leaves

Garlic

Crushed red chili flakes

Olive oil
Salt to taste
Instructions
Soak the Garbanzo beans (chick peas) into water overnight.
Boil the Garbanzo beans (chick peas) with 2 cups of water and salt in pressure cooker for 3 whistles.
Add all ingredients in a food processor.
Add olive oil and make a paste consistency without adding any water.
Pour the avocado hummus into a bowl. Garnish with olive oil and coriander leave. Avocado Hummus is ready to be served.
Enjoy it with pita chips or corn chips, sandwich spread or make a Hummus roll.
