Lavash is a soft, thin, flat bread popular in the middle East countries which is perfect for making sandwich wraps. It is easily available in super markets. Avocado hummus with roasted vegetables roll-up makes a delicious and awesome roll. You can add your kids favorite veggies in it. It can be made in advance and served at a later time. Also pack as lunch for your kids.
Ingredients
For roasted vegetables
- 1 Zucchini chopped lengthwise
- 2 Carrots chopped lengthwise
- 1 cup Baby spinach fine chopped
- 1/2 cup Red onion chopped lengthwise
- 1/2 Red bell pepper chopped lengthwise
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
- 1/8 tsp Red chili flakes
- 3 cloves Garlic fine chopped
- 1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Oil for cooking
For roll
- 4 Lavash wrap
- 1/2 cup Avocado hummus
- Some Baby spinach
