Cut avocado from center and remove the seed. Scoop it using spoon.
Mix all ingredients (avocado, lemon juice, black pepper, chili flakes, salt, coriander leaves, garlic and sour cream) in mixer jar, grind it till it gets smooth paste texture.
Transfer it into a serving bowl.
Avocado dip is ready to be served. It can be stored for a day in refrigerator.
